Vodafone Turkey Foundation, together with UNDP and Youth Foundation for Habitat, initiated the "Bridging the Digital Divide" Project in 2007. The aim is to speed up the e-transformation process for Turkey and to ensure effective participation of Turkish youngsters in this process.

Based on the its objective to contribute to social development and quality of life, Vodafone Turkey Foundation supports the idea of "increased welfare and quality of life", which is also one of the fundamental components of the "Millennium Development Goals" announced by UN in 2000.

Thanks to the Project, 1 million youth in 81 cities were given ECDL training over the internet and the biggest computer literacy movement was achieved. For more information about this Project , please visit www.bilgitoplumu.net.
